What is Neuropresenting ® you ask?
Neuropresenting ® is a unique and powerful blend of adult learning, professional presenting, influential communication and neuroscience principles all packaged up into an innovative and highly interactive professional development programme to help you to become a confident and powerful presenter. It’s presenting, training or leading from the front of the room with the brain in mind.
Simply being an engaging or a charismatic presenter is just not enough for organisations and audiences seeking action and change. Presenting is just as much a science as it is art and practice. With a few small tweaks to any presentation you can be assured the intended message is communicated.
Most of the Neuropresenting ® attendees have been shocked at how little they knew about how our audience is learning, processing or remembering their presentations. Once you know this stuff, you can’t ‘un-know’ it. Your slides, presentation structure, the way you communicate, your stories and even how you lead others will be transformed.
It is the first programme of its kind and it is receiving rave reviews from its attendees. The original programme was Nationally Accredited as a Diploma qualification in 2016 with the expert advice of an impressive advisory board although it’s the 3-day professional development immersion that is proving popular for busy professionals.
The programme is a ‘must attend’ professional development opportunity for professional and emerging speakers, trainers, business leaders, workplace presenters, executives, consultants, coaches and business owners who want to be more engaging and influential from the front of the room or even those who present on-line.
Paula Smith (GITP Director and Neuropresenting ® Principal Trainer) has been training and speaking in this space for the past 30 years. Paula developed the first qualification in Presenting in Australia several years ago and is recognised as the leading expert in Presentation Intelligence ®. Paula is a (CSP) Certified Professional and has robust tertiary qualifications and professional training in adult learning, education, neuroscience and leadership. Her master’s degree research in leadership communication also adds a level of knowledge to the programme rarely seen in other presenting courses.

A few words from some happy Neuropresenting graduates:
Just a quick thank you for the outstanding course. It has both blown and opened my mind to all the exciting possibilities. I have now officially got over my fear of speaking. My next speaking engagement after your course was a resounding success – I finally had a structure for my presentation and almost no nerves and fear beforehand. That’s a first. I was confident, clear, concise and apparently, I rocked the audience. So, thank you from the bottom of my little introverted heart for what you have done for me so far.

Wow what an experience. I enjoy training and speaking and wanted to take my skills to the next level and with this Diploma, I think I have! The introduction to neuroscience and brain-friendly methods has led me to focus even more on the needs of the participant and ensure everyone gets a valuable learning experience. The practical, hands on aspects also mean that any lingering self-doubts and nervousness about presenting, have been quickly driven away. I learnt so much and walked away with quality knowledge and new skills which I can’t wait to put into practice. I have thoroughly enjoyed undertaking Neuropresenting and can highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their skills as a purpose-driven presenter.

The Neuropresenting course exceeded my expectations. I had just been awarded a Churchill Fellowship and was now being invited to speak at conferences and deliver training sessions. I knew I needed to develop my presenting skills…and fast. The course was recommended to me by a previous attendee who raved about the course. Working as an expert in the Neurodiversity field too, I loved the theory side of the programme but the practical application and interactive nature of the course was brilliant. The transformation of all attendees, including more experienced speakers, was amazing in such a short amount of time. Thank you so much Paula for such an amazing experience.
