I’m a bit obsessed about powerful training and presenting.
I’ve been busy helping experts, entrepreneurs, senior executives and organisations to grow their business and their brands by harnessing the power of powerful presentation skills and leadership communication for the past 30 years.
Presentation Intelligence®, Exceptional Communication and Human Behaviour are all the things that fill my world. Even after all this time I still get such a thrill watching my clients growth journey.
I love the results I get working closely with my clients, knowing that when I’m done, they now have the confidence, knowledge and skills to have a real impact on the people and organisations they work with.

Paula's Bio
Dynamic, inspiring, passionate and commercially savvy are all words that are used to describe Paula as a keynote speaker, trainer, MC and business coach. She is the author of the books Speaking in the Shower, Powerful Presentation Principles, Sell Your Story, Neuropresenting and The Leadership Conversation, and is recognised as a leading expert in powerful presenting. Some of Paula's past industry roles/projects and businesses include: Founder of the largest personal development school in Australia, State President of the National Speakers Association, Franchisor, Professional Speaker, Executive Coach/Consultant and Board Member of several school and business associations. She is currently the CEO of the Global Institute of Training and Presenting, a training company committed to delivering leading-edge and innovative workforce development solutions.
Paula was awarded the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation by the National Speakers Association in 2009. Only a small number of professional speakers are awarded the CSP designation globally. Paula brings her rich life experience, presenting skill and infectious personality to the platform or training room every time. Paula developed the first Presentation Skills Diploma Qualification in Australia and now the world-first Qualification in Neuropresenting ®, the leading-edge brain friendly presenting/training programme and is also a lead TEDx speaker coach. Paula is also the founding researcher in the world of Presentation Intelligence ®. Paula values long term business relationships and many of her clients have her returning year after year as a partner in meeting their organisational goals.
Her 30+ years’ rich experience along with tertiary qualifications in adult learning, education and her masters and PhD research in leadership communication, ensures the intended message always gets across.
Although Paula specialises in all things Presenting, she also enjoys speaking, training and coaching in Leadership, Human Behaviour and Exceptional Communication. She works with some of Australia’s largest companies and Government departments (BHP, Rio Tinto, Western Power, DMIRS, DFES, Water Corporation, Anglo Gold, Department of Health, Toyota Finance) to name a few and is totally committed to behavioural change and long-term partnerships.
Paula has an active interest in the impact of coaching and has coached hundreds of successful business owners and leaders over the years.
Paula is also a proud mum of 3, wife of 1 and friend to a few more. She has been seen attempting the occasional triathlon and enjoys hanging out on her Perth Hills property with a whole bunch of adorable Alpacas.
